Shipping costs are calculated by weight. The total weight of all products at checkout will determine the finalised shipping cost. This is how most shipping companies calculate prices and unfortunately we have no control over that. Even if our packaging boxes are small like the size of a cake tin or as long as a skateboard and both packages weight the same, the shipping price will be the same too.

We went through a huge list of postal companies from the small to big names, and in terms of fairness of pricing for all addresses Australia wide, Aust Post was determined to be the most cost effective for us and for you, no matter your location.

No. We charge exactly what the postal company charges us. This is our promise to you. We may offer free shipping from time to time, this means we are covering the postage cost for you, not the postal company we use.

Becoming certified organic takes time and money. As we are a small business who is quite new to the industry, becoming certified isn't feasible to us at this time. We promise that the ingredients in our tisanes are purchased from Australian certified organic suppliers who have certified all their organic stock. Ingredients that have been labelled as wildcrafted are not certified organic, however they are grown without human intervention (this means no chemicals, pesticides etc.) and are harvested from their natural habitat.
