We currently only ship orders within Australia

We offer express shipping, however we do not guarantee that your order will arrive any faster due to shipping delays.

Orders will be dispatched in 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

Please allow 3-10 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive depending on your location.

Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order. We take no responsibility for incorrect address deliveries.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are sorry but we do not accept change of mind returns on our tisanes blends once the items have been dispatched. Please choose your products carefully.

Exchange or refund for items will only be accepted within 7 days if it is determined the items are damaged, faulty or does not match the description (eg. incorrect product received).

Refunds will only be made to its original payment method or as store credit.

Refunds may take 3-10 business days to show up in your account depending on the financial institution.
